Rideau Roxboro Natural Community Playground (Calgary, AB)

The community of Rideau Roxboro wanted to replace their old playground with a modern natural playground. They partnered with the City of Calgary and put out an RFP which Park N Play Design was very fortunate to win. This project is made up of 2 areas, one for ages 18 months to 5 years which is made up of an Earthscape Junior Tower and a GameTime Saucer Swing. The second area is designed for ages 5-12 years and is made up of a custom Water Tower structure, a challenging Log Jam and 2 Wobble Boards. This new play space is nestled into a beautiful and lush greenspace which also includes the historic original Roxboro Community Association building, tennis and basketball courts and the community of Leach Park.
