The Park Board will meet at 9:00am on Saturday, July 26 to review the practice of keeping captive cetaceans (whales, dolphins, and porpoises) at the Vancouver Aquarium in Stanley Park. Sign up to speak at this meeting by 12:00 noon on Friday, July 25.
