Coutts Park is located at the end of a southside cul de sac and features playground equipment, a basketballcourt, and open grassy areas.
Did You Know: This park was named for the Coutts family, long-time Port Coquitlam residents. Scotty Coutts is noted in both of the City’s history books as one of the excellent soccer players playing for Port Coquitlam in the 1960s.
