Ashurst Park is a sports park located in Pukete to the north of the city and is home to the Te Rapa Sportsdrome.
It has a great playground for younger and older kids with a scooter track, playhouse, and flying fox. The park is close to cafes and bars, if you fancy a quick lunch or a flat white.
You’ll also find lots of open space, toilets with disability access, and walkways and bikepaths linking to surrounding areas.
