Profile
H2OBrien Pool, built in 2002 in the gorgeous mountainous town of Parker, Colorado, is one of the area’s most popular attractions, attracting a large number of visitors throughout the summer months.
Multiple access steps, a family slide with a wide open flume, a gigantic tipping bucket, and a range of interactive easy-to-reach play components on and off the structure make for a thrilling trip for waterplayers of all ages. Finally, as the play structure for the refurbishment project, a hybrid Kaleidoscope and Grasslands Activity Tower was defined and chosen. An amazing 17′-2″ (5223 mm) Sky Soaker dumping bucket affixed to the central half of the play structure delights audiences with its big splashes while also establishing a social centre for high-action enjoyment. Waterplayers gathered below are captivated by Sky Soakers translucent AquaLume bucket, which exposes increasing water to generate anticipation for the next great splash!
As a finishing touch and to provide opportunities for hands-on discovery play, a variety of complementary freestanding aquatic play elements, including the Waterways Waterfall 2, Gully and Basin, the newly released Water Weaver 3, and classic play elements the Solis 24, Funbrella, and Misty Twisty, were thoughtfully placed around the Activity Tower.
Parker, Colorado now has a new aquatic facility featuring a vibrantly coloured Activity Tower with thrilling elevation changes, large play pods for exploration, engaging interactive elements, and a main attraction that provides waves of excitement for the ultimate global play experience. Furthermore, with clear sightlines and each component of the play structure a different colour, life-guarding may now be allocated by pod colour, simplifying the monitoring procedure.
